Due to our exponential growth as we accelerate towards takeoff, our People Services team is expanding and looking to engage with experienced Onboarding professionals. Meticulously aligned with our values, you are expected to extend the unique Saudi hospitality experience of Hafawa to your future colleagues and their families.

 

Work with all relevant stakeholders to ensure end-to-end operational logistics are in order, to create the best personalized experience possible. Coordinate inductions, visa applications, address queries, as well as providing a general introduction to RX’s culture and life in Riyadh.

 

It’s no secret, it’s a fast-paced environment here at RX, so you are expected to thrive in it with your obsessive attention to detail. In this impactful role, you will work independently onboarding new hires. Yours is a pivotal role, as you integrate new employees into our Riyadh Air family by implementing customer-centric and time-critical solutions and initiatives.

 

Your daily workload will be nothing short of dynamic. It could see you start your day speaking to a candidate in Sydney, then addressing schooling queries to a family in Kuala Lumpur. Grab a free coffee from the inhouse barista as the day is just starting in Europe, before speaking to our new Cabin Crew joiners embarking on their relocation from Paris to Riyadh. After lunch, don’t forget those introductory calls to our imminent joiners from the Americas. Diverse, exciting and definitely rewarding.


About You


Degree qualified, you will have at least 3 years of comparable experience in a fast-paced environment. As you are dealing with our most precious asset, our people, your interpersonal skills such as empathy and customer excellence are crucial, as is your business maturity.
